Delete your StudyOwl account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open StudyOwl and tap the gear icon in the bottom bar.
2. Choose Application Setting, then go to the Privacy card.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.

Everything is deleted at once, from our servers and from the phone. (You can also use Help & Support → Delete Account.)

Without the app

If the app is uninstalled or you no longer have the phone, email support@aidigilabs.in from the parent or guardian email address linked to the StudyOwl account, with the subject Delete my StudyOwl account. Tell us the Google account email used to sign in. We will delete the account and its data and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The child's profile: name, date of birth, class, board, subjects, profile photo.
• The parent email.
• All progress and history: questions, answers, quizzes, mock tests, chapters, lessons, streaks and the plan settings.
• Feedback you sent, and the sign-in record.

What is not deleted by us

• A Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → StudyOwl. Deleting the account does not stop billing.
• Google keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
